1. Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in the same condition it was bought, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Delivery Fee: Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost when returning items to us.
3. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-14 business days for processing and exchange.
4. Exchanges Only: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, you can exchange your item for a product of equal or greater value.
